Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience for residents, visitors, families, and staff.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, creating a professional environment that sets the tone for the quality of service provided by our organisation. They will provide reception services, greet and direct visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a calm and inviting presentation of the main reception area at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn various other systems
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
