FreshGro Baby Leaf Growers: We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Tractor Operator for the Hobart region, Tasmania.
Responsibilities
- Soil Management – Head of groundwork duties.
- All aspects of growing from ground prep through to harvest.
- Plan weekly activities.
- Rotary Hoe bed forming.
- General maintenance.
- Training in Row crop practices will be provided.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of tractor driving experience.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Be able to plan your work week.
- Mechanical skills.
- Team player.
