This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and takes pride in creating a positive first impression.
Your role will include:
 * Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional manner
 * Answering and directing phone calls and emails
 * Assisting the sales and property management team with general admin
 * Loading property advertisements online
 * Maintaining office presentation and supplies
 * Data entry and file management
What we're looking for:
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Professional presentation and a friendly attitude
 * Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, database use)
 * Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
 * Previous reception or administration experience (real estate experience an advantage, but not essential)
