With a strong WA presence and an impressive pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a landmark hospital project in Mandurah.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major healthcare facility that will have lasting impact on the local community.
The Role:
Based on-site in Mandurah, you will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive strong commercial outcomes on this large-scale health project.
You'll be supported by experienced Tier 1 leadership and industry-leading systems including Jobpac, while gaining exposure to technically complex packages in a live healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer commercial aspects of a major hospital project
* Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, variations & claims
* Maintain accurate cost control using Jobpac
* Support project delivery to programme and budget
* Drive collaboration, safety and quality standards on-site
Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Experience as an Intermediate CA on commercial projects $30M+
* Exposure to health or complex services projects highly regarded
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage complex procurement packages
* Full Australian working rights (required)
