Site Supervisor – Residential Edge Protection

An established Sunshine Coast–based edge protection company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong scaffolding background to oversee residential construction projects.
This role is focused solely on residential builds and suits someone who understands volume housing sites, safety compliance, and running crews efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise installation and removal of edge protection on residential sites
* Manage and lead site crews day-to-day
* Coordinate with builders, site managers, and supervisors
* Ensure all works comply with WHS and scaffold regulations
* Conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections
* Plan labour and materials to meet build schedules
Requirements
* Proven experience in scaffolding and/or edge protection
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Foreman
* Strong understanding of residential construction sites
* Knowledge of WHS and scaffold compliance
* White Card (essential)
* High Risk Work Licence – Scaffold (minimum Intermediate preferred)
* Current Driver's Licence
