About the Role
This position involves supporting a lead sales professional with day-to-day activities, including buyer interactions, open home events, and prospecting initiatives.
* Support the lead sales agent with buyer-related work, open homes, and prospecting efforts.
* Manage inquiry flow, book appointments, and maintain consistent communication with clients and customers.
* Assist in preparing appraisal reports, listing presentations, and marketing materials.
* Conduct buyer follow-ups, attend property inspections, and contribute to negotiation processes.
* Help coordinate photography, floor plans, property marketing, and campaign administration.
* Actively seek and generate new appraisal opportunities to support the sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
* 1-2 years' experience as a sales associate or in a similar real estate role.
* Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients, customers, and local residents.
* A proactive, driven personality with the ability to manage competing priorities and tasks.
* Understanding of the sales process, client management, and basic real estate laws.
* High attention to detail and solid administrative capabilities.
* A current Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent and a reliable vehicle.
