Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive & Customer Service role located in Nelson Bay, NSW. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their branding needs, recommending suitable products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. The Sales Executive & Customer Service representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
* Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Experience in promotional products industry is a plus
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Knowledge of merchandise and branding concepts
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
