About The Role
Our Brisbane office is currently seeking to appoint a Principal Engineer - Civil with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to lead and mentor both local and nationally. This is a pivotal role with the Brisbane Civil team to support the successful delivery of complex high-risk projects, provide technical expertise, develop and mentor a team.
Our Brisbane office is home to ADG's national office and sits at the centre of Queensland's growth. The team builds long‐term relationships with clients while delivering complex projects across South East Queensland and nationally. * Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
* Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
* Ideally 15+ years demonstrated experience in civil engineering
* Demonstrated experience at a senior level with strong negotiation and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of civil construction industry
* An innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designs
* Ability to critically assess, interpret and communicate information of a complex nature
* Ability to develop and mentor staff
