Part-time Guest Service Agent
The Front Office team at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is looking for dedicated individuals to join them in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Part-time Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, providing warm and welcoming interactions with guests from all over the world.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication, while working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, responding to their needs and requests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing bookings and amendments, and maintaining accurate records through our IHG systems. Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded.
* Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to.
* Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.
* Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
* Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills.
