Infrastructure Architects
Highly skilled infrastructure architects play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge national security technology solutions. This position is critical to our organization's mission and requires exceptional technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engineering Control - Drive efficient engineering and configuration control processes to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
* Software Design & Build - Assist in the design and implementation of software systems using automation tools and modern DevOps practices.
* Data Integration - Deploy and maintain data ingestion pipelines and configure workflow management systems.
* Automation & Scripting - Develop scripts to provision, configure, and manage systems efficiently and reliably.
* Platform Operations - Monitor, maintain, and optimize infrastructure to ensure high availability, excellent performance, and robust security.
* Deployment & Delivery - Support the creation of CI/CD pipelines, build releases, and enable smooth delivery of applications and services.
* Security & Compliance - Integrate security best practices into infrastructure workflows, including secrets management, access control, and compliance automation.
* Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Write clear technical documentation to support operational excellence and team collaboration.
* Collaboration - Work closely with architects, engineers across disciplines to deliver and improve platform capabilities.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in relevant Engineering and/or Information Technology domains.
* Experience in designing, building, and supporting complex IT infrastructure platforms.
* Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies, including Terraform and Ansible, with a focus on repeatability, automation, and version control.
* Strong understanding of networking, system integration, cloud-native services, and infrastructure architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
