We are supporting a global leader in digital engineering and enterprise modernisation to find an experienced Support Escalation Engineer for their Sydney based team. This position sits within their Infrastructure Platforms and Operations group and plays a key role in delivering high quality End User Computing services across a large enterprise environment. Your key responsibilities: Manage and support Intune, Azure AD, Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, packaging, and PKI Lead and mentor EUC specialists and contribute to a collaborative, customer focused team culture Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and end user devices Develop and enforce EUC standards for hardware, operating systems, and application configurations Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external support when required Deliver escalated support across desktops, laptops, printers, Google Suite, Bomgar, and peripherals Troubleshoot operating systems, Microsoft 365, Office applications, certificates, MFA, VPNs, and device management Conduct detailed diagnostic investigation and own technical escalations to resolution Resolve LAN, WAN, and WiFi connectivity issues and support enterprise Windows environments Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and authorised software Your role requirements: Diploma or degree level qualification 5 to 7 years of experience in EUC, infrastructure support, or technical escalation roles Strong communication skills Proven capability delivering high quality technical outcomes in enterprise environments Hands on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, VPNs, MDM, printers, and device troubleshooting Microsoft certifications are highly desirable What's on offer: A competitive salary package between AUD 80,000 and 90,000 per annum, depending on experience Hybrid working options and flexible hours Exposure to modern cloud and EUC technologies A culture focused on talent development, quarterly promotions, and company sponsored upskilling Annual health checks Comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and their families Inclusive workplace environment with accessible facilities and assistive technologies How to apply: Click the APPLY button to submit your resume.
