Kaplan Business School (KBS) is seeking Sessional Facilitators (Lecturers) for the Information Technology discipline at the Gold Coast and Perth campuses. Facilitators will deliver engaging, interactive workshops aligned with the syllabus, mark assignments according to marking guides, and provide regular feedback and consultation to students.

- Facilitate memorable and highly interactive workshops
- Mark assessments promptly and provide comprehensive feedback
- Foster qualified and productive student–teacher relationships
- Provide regular support and consultation to students
Qualifications and Requirements
- A PhD qualification in IT (or a related field) or a Master-level qualification in IT (or a related field) with relevant work experience
- Industry experience in IT is preferred
- Experience in coordinating subjects at a tertiary level is desirable (but not required)
- A passion for teaching
- Sensitivity to the needs of international students
- Comprehensiveness and thoughtfulness when marking assessments
- Ability to meet tight academic deadlines
It is essential that candidates are either presently active in industry or have accumulated recent work experience, as Kaplan Business School aims to cultivate job-ready graduates who are taught and assessed to meet employer expectations.
