We’re currently looking for a highly professional Office Administration Coordinator to support our Brisbane office in South Bank. The successful applicant will ensure daily duties are performed to a high standard and act as the primary point of contact for team members and clients.

This role is a permanent full-time position (Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week). It is suitable for someone who can quickly pick up tasks and enjoys working in a fast-paced and diverse environment; this role is an integral part of a busy and successful team and requires an immediate start.

Responsibilities

- Support the team by coordinating office administration.
- Support the executive team for various administration tasks when required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office and provide a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.
- Operate the main switchboard and answer all incoming calls.
- Coordinate couriers and receive incoming deliveries.
- Order stationery, PPE and other office supplies.
- Maintain facilities to ensure areas are in good order, clean and well stocked.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up and maintained.
- Assist the travel team with booking and coordinating travel for Ausenco personnel.

- Good organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Excellent telephone answering technique.
- Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective collaboration with a variety of teams.
- Efficient multitasking and prioritising abilities.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an administration/reception-based role (preferred).
