Housekeeping Leader
The Housekeeping Department is the backbone of any hotel operation, and as an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of comfort and cleanliness. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you manage a team of dedicated housekeeping staff, coordinating their efforts to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standard, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
You will also be responsible for managing the department's budget and resources, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively. This will involve making strategic decisions about staffing levels, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also play a key role in leading and developing your team. This will involve providing coaching and training to help them improve their skills and performance, as well as identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
You will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, working closely with our Front Office and Guest Services teams to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and attention. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, such as guest satisfaction scores and room quality ratings.
