About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven marketer to manage and optimise all digital advertising and social media channels. You will take ownership of our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social platforms to increase leads, improve campaign performance, and strengthen our brand online.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage, optimise, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
* Managing websites for head office and branches and keep them updated.
* Oversee all social media platforms, including content scheduling and engagement
* Create and design digital content for ads and social posts
* Run A/B testing, audience optimisation, and performance improvements
* Build dashboards and deliver clear, actionable performance reports
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing
* Proven success with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
* Competent in digital design for ad creatives and social content
* Proactive, organised, collaborative, and confident communicator
