Are you an experienced Interior Designer ready to take the lead on innovative commercial fitouts? InOne Projects is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in North Sydney. You'll take ownership of end-to-end design delivery across premium office fitout projects while mentoring and overseeing a talented team of designers.
What You'll Do:
* Lead design concepts and presentations from client brief to completion
* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to bring spaces to life
* Oversee and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers
* Ensure project timelines, budgets, and design intent are maintained
* Work across all phases – from concept and documentation to construction and styling
What We’re Looking For:
* 6+ years of commercial interior design experience (preferably office fitouts)
* Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
* A portfolio showcasing creativity, functionality, and client-focused design
* Passion for workplace innovation and a sharp eye for detail
