Position
Currently we are seeking a Coordinator Allied Health to join our team.
The successful applicant will coordinate and manage the delivery of a Home Hospital Allied Health service, provide clinical consultancy in allied health and practice for Home Hospital across various SMH sites.
This will include leading and supervising a team of allied health professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
The coordinator will evaluate therapy services using advanced clinical skills and contribute to operational service delivery planning in conjunction with the service manager and MDT to facilitate the development and implementation of the Home Hospital service across the area.
The coordinator will oversee the management of human, financial and material resources for allied health staff across SMHS Home Hospital.
