The Role
As a Senior Retail Assistant, you will play a key senior role within the team, delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring each customer interaction exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, managing stock (including unpacking and organising), and maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment.
About You
* Previous experience in retail, with a strong customer service focus
* A genuine passion for helping customers and enhancing their shopping experience
* Willingness to learn about products and confidently communicate their benefits
* Comfortable using basic computer systems such as tills, scanners, and EFTPOS
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Hours & Schedule
* Permanent full-time role
* Working weekdays with every second weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
* Store hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Staff hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm
