Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As a commercially-driven Management Accountant, you will work closely with business owners to grasp their financial situation, set meaningful targets, and develop forecasts that support strategic decision-making.
* You will design and implement key performance indicators tailored to each business, conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
* You will prepare management reports and dashboards that translate financial data into actionable insights, assist clients with budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic financial decision-making.
* You will collaborate with Business Partners on client strategy and internal process improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
* A qualified CPA/CA (or working towards) with 3+ years experience in management accounting, business advisory, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working directly with business owners or senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
