About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cook to join our team at Sopo Brewing Co. in Southport, Queensland. This is a casual position, we are seeking someone with full availability, offerring up to 30hrs a week. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, presentation standards and health and safety regulations
* Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including stock control, food ordering and inventory management
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Cook in a similar hospitality environment
* Proven ability to prepare and cook a range of dishes to a high standard
* Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
