About The Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.
Positions available: Part-time
Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2
Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts
Roster
Tuesday 11:00 am to 21:30pm
Thursday 17:00pm to 00:30am
Saturday 10:00am to 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
* Provide a professional and approachable security presence
* Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
* Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
* Adhere to all site and company security protocols
* Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A valid Security License
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
* Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
* Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
* Ability to work independently and follow procedures
* Strong attention to detail
* A reliable and punctual work history
