Job Description
Key Responsibilities
o Provide administrative support to finance, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams
o Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
o Prepare documents and assist with financial reporting
o Support internal communications and scheduling
o Assist with internal and external audits
o Audit and improve existing administrative processes
o Carry out general office duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
o Excellent organisational and time-management skills
o A keen eye for detail and a disciplined work ethic
o A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
o Previous administrative experience in a finance or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
