If you want to help us build the Quantum future, read on.About You And The TeamReporting to the Head of Finance, this Revenue Accountant role will focus on supporting the business globally as we continue to grow. The Finance team is charged with the execution and strategy for all internal and external financial responsibilities and we are looking for those eager to learn and develop. We lean on automation, data, innovation and a bit of elbow grease to meet our charge to scale ahead of our growth. We work diligently to get things done and have fun while doing it.What you'll be doing:Review complex global sales and grant contracts. Identify and analyze revenue-related issues and recommend solutions.Create and maintain contract annex documents surrounding AASB revenue treatment standardsRecord, reconcile and report revenue transactions in compliance with AASB standardsPrepare and maintain revenue, bookings, deferred revenue waterfall, commission and KPI reports for leadership and investorsPrepare customer invoices and manage collectionsLiaison with project managers, sales and other stakeholders regarding projects and contractsAssist with audits, compliance and taxes in relation to revenue. Maintain revenue recognition policiesOther duties within the Employee's skills and experience, or with reasonable trainingIdeally you’ll have:5+ years in a position equivalent to a revenue accountant or higher responsibilitiesA CA and/or relevant qualificationsStrong knowledge of IFRS/AASB especially in relation to revenue and application of complex customer contractsStrong analytical and reconciliation skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
