The role of Associate Lecturer/Lecturer reports to the Head of School and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop your own research in the field of Electrical Engineering while teaching undergraduate/postgraduate classes in areas of energy systems, embedded systems, or control systems.
* Conduct classes, design and develop learning activities, and engage in publish high-quality research as part of a team and/or independently.

Requirements
* A PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience.
* Proven commitment to proactively keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments.
* Demonstrated experience and evidence in teaching and learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level in the areas of energy systems, embedded systems, or control systems.
Benefits
* Salary: AUD $110,059 to $117,718 per annum + 17% superannuation (Associate Lecturer Level A) and AUD $123,620 to $145,730 per annum + 17% superannuation (Lecturer Level B).
* Full time position.
* Fixed term – 2 years.
