About the Role
Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Management Couple to join the team at the beautiful Ceduna Shelly Beach Caravan Park, located on the shores of South Australia's stunning Far West Coast.
This is a long-term opportunity for a practical, people-focused couple who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in delivering great guest experiences. You'll live onsite in your own caravan (powered site provided free of charge) and work closely with the Park Management Team across all aspects of park operations.

What You'll Be Doing
As Assistant Park Managers, you'll share duties across guest services, administration, grounds, and maintenance. Typically, one of you will focus on the office and reception, while the other supports grounds and facilities.
Park Operations & Guest Experience
* Support daily operations and guest check-ins/outs
* Provide friendly, responsive service and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff
Grounds & Maintenance
* Assist with general maintenance, gardening, mowing, and minor repairs
* Operate park equipment and maintain facilities (training provided)
* Support environmental, security, and emergency procedures
Reception, Admin & Housekeeping
* Manage bookings, enquiries, and payments (RMS experience a plus)
* Assist with housekeeping and laundry when required
* Maintain accurate records and support daily administration

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Qualities
* Friendly, customer-focused, and approachable
* Practical, hands-on, and physically capable
* Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Competent using computers and booking systems (RMS preferred)
* Previous caravan park, hospitality, or tourism experience highly regarded
