As Artistic Director, you will shape an innovative and sustainable future for the School of Creative & Performing Arts.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture where teamwork is valued, and individuals are supported to grow and succeed together.
Provide strategic leadership for the school, driving education and research initiatives forward.
Cultivate a thriving culture that values creativity, diversity, and inclusivity.
Qualifications and Skills
Hold qualifications and experience in art and theatre at a senior academic level.
Demonstrate academic leadership experience with a strong record of achievement in teaching, research, and engagement.
Show a strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching quality assurance, and student experience enhancement.
Experience in leadership of practice-led research and securing partnerships and external funding.
Exhibit sound financial management capabilities, including budget development and forecasting.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders.
