This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic and operational success of the College through high-level executive support and innovative marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Principal, while also leading the coordination of school marketing communications that promote the College's values and achievements.
Responsibilities Include
* Provide high level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal/Executive Principal, including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications and produce advanced desktop published documents.
* Assist in the development and implementation of promotional material, including marketing and communication strategies and initiatives; and in association with key stakeholders assist to develop innovative marketing systems, processes and procedures.
* Coordinate special events including Awards night, Anzac Day, Graduation ceremonies, Open Day and enrolment information.
* Manage records and other information resources so that information relevant to the school and its functions is readily available to clients and maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of the school's website services.
