We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to join our high-performing team.
About the Role
This is a critical advisory role where you will provide high-level advice on employee relations and performance management matters, including delivering training, resources, and guidance on ER topics, conducting and reporting on complex workplace investigations, supporting policy development, and maintaining confidentiality while building strong relationships across the organisation.
About You
We require someone with qualifications in HR, IR, Law, or a related field, and experience providing advice on performance management, ER matters, and investigations. You should possess high-level analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement, tact, and discretion.
