The Casual Administration Assistant is a committed Christian who will assist with clerical and administrative support in order to facilitate the effective and efficient organisation of the day‐to‐day operations of the office.
Responsibilities
* Calendar management
* Internal and external mail functions
* Customer service via phone and in person
* Creation of letters and documentation
* Support with events and hospitality
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Qualifications in business administration and/or equivalent experience in an office setting.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people, including senior management, staff, students and community members.
* Well‐developed keyboard and computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and some experience with graphic design programmes.
* Highly developed time‐management skills, high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects, including the organisation of events and functions.
