We are looking for a fun instructor to join our team. Our Aqua Aerobics Instructors lead energising, fun, safe, and educational group classes of Aqua Aerobics in a safe, enjoyable and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement.
Skills & Attributes
* Bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants
* Hold a Certificate III in Fitness
* Hold an Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader (Les Mills GEL) Certificates
* Previous experience as an Aqua Aerobics Instructor
* Plan and organise appropriate classes within the facility program timetable
* Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
* Current CPR Certificate
* Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
* National Police Check
Must have all up to date certificates, or willing to obtain prior to starting.
Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre (TRAC) is a large, year round facility that includes an indoor 25 meter lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, warm water pool, fun pool with water slide, toddlers pool, sauna, steam room, spa, gym, group exercise, multi-purpose sports court, occasional childcare and function room hire.
We also have an outdoor water park with great activities for the kids complete with BBQ facilities.
We are committed to providing a child safe environment. Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
