Job Title:
A front office administrator is required for a short-term contract opportunity with the potential to move to permanent.
About the Role:
* This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a receptionist in North Sydney, working Monday to Friday in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Please answer phones and transfer calls accordingly.
* Attend to client arrivals at Reception.
* Handle couriers daily and email recipients upon receiving packages/mail.
* Clean coffee machines daily.
* Manage visitor passes and building passes.
* Inspect the site daily to ensure all equipment is working properly.
* Coordinate event support.
* Oversee meeting room bookings and setups.
Facility Support Duties:
* Assist in preparing the office for employees' return and implement workplace safety programs.
* Help with courier bookings and update tracking information.
* Collect requests, prepare orders, and submit for review.
* Check stock weekly, prepare orders, and submit for review.
* Submit requests for maintenance and help call service personnel.
* Inform the facilities manager of other department support requests.
