Sales Strategy and Team Collaboration
* Develop tailored proposals and pitch creative ideas to close deals that deliver both revenue and memorable guest experiences.
* Collaborate with the marketing and F&B teams on activations, packages, and experiences that drive interest and conversions.
* Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings, showcasing the unique aspects of the hotel.
Key Account Management and Trend Analysis
* Manage key accounts and long-term partnerships with care, ensuring retention and repeat business.
* Stay ahead of trends in travel, hospitality, and lifestyle to keep your sales strategy current and compelling.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
* Contribute to forecasts, reporting, and analysis to track performance and uncover new opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
* A proven track record in sales or business development within hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and turn leads into wins.
* Experience in the Australian market is a must, including knowledge of the city, players, and industry pulse.
* A great storyteller, communicator, and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
