This is a commission-based role ideal for a results-driven individual with a strategic understanding of how to connect with mid-market business owners and senior decision-makers.You will be instrumental in driving inbound and outbound origination efforts targeting founders and businesses considering AI innovation, business sales, valuation, capital raising, or acquisitions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies focused on key trigger points for private businesses in Australia and New Zealand.Identify and engage sectors with high potential for: Bespoke AI/data projects (e.g. automation, forecasting tools, intelligent platforms) &Business sales, valuations, capital raises, or mergers and acquisitionsGenerate warm, qualified leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital outreach, and targeted content.Craft compelling positioning that resonates with founders, boards, and C-suite decision-makers.Work closely with Cavari’s leadership to align campaigns with our strategic growth priorities.Track performance and report on lead quality, conversion potential, and campaign effectiveness.Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong background in B2B marketing, lead generation, or business development within professional services, consulting, or technology.Familiarity with AI, data science, or corporate finance advisory is a strong advantage.Proven ability to originate quality opportunities with mid-market business owners or founders.Skilled in using LinkedIn and digital tools to engage the right audiences with precision.Independent, commercially driven, and confident operating in a performance-based environment.Based in Australia, with a preference for candidates in Perth or Sydney.RemunerationThis is a commission-based role with highly attractive, success-based earnings.
