We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineering Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of infrastructure development. As a seasoned professional, you will lead the design and development of civil and structural components for various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* You will be responsible for conducting site investigations and client interviews to determine project requirements and cost estimates.
* Your technical expertise will ensure that all structural aspects of a project are meticulously planned, designed, and executed.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of civil and structural components for global business units, projects, or staff groups.
* Conduct site investigations and client interviews to determine project requirements and cost estimates.
* Design and develop structural components using advanced knowledge of structural analysis, including three-dimensional, statics, dynamics, and materials engineering.
* Determine the appropriate use of various structural elements such as steel, wood, masonry, and concrete to ensure optimal material usage based on load or stress requirements.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
* Considered highly skilled and proficient in the structural engineering discipline.
* Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization, resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.
