Job Description
* Manage and maintain accurate asset registers and financial records.
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision‐making.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
* Conduct periodic audits and reviews of financial data and asset performance.
* Provide technical accounting advice to relevant teams and departments.
Qualifications
* A recognised qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in asset accounting and financial analysis.
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in financial systems and software.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
