As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering, maintaining and supporting end-user standard operating environments across various devices with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
Job Description:
This position requires providing high-quality technical support and contributing to the smooth operation of ICT services across metropolitan and regional sites. The team is collaborative, working in a dynamic environment that values innovation, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support for end-user environments including hardware, software, applications, peripherals and portable telephony devices.
* Delivering and maintaining standard operating environments across various devices.
* Supporting IT asset lifecycle processes and procedures.
* Applying IT Service Management best practices and frameworks such as ITIL and SIAM.
Additional requirements include staying informed on contemporary ICT trends, developments and standards, travel between nominated work locations as required and occasional regional travel and work outside standard business hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
