Job Title: NDIS Support Worker
At St Louis Homes in Victor Harbor, we're seeking an experienced NDIS Support Worker who is passionate about helping people live well and enjoys being part of a team that genuinely supports each other.
Working alongside our Dementia Care Specialists, you'll play a hands-on role in assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, social outings, and community participation.
* Experience working with dementia or disability support, especially with complex behaviors
* A person-centred approach and genuine interest in supporting individuals in their daily lives
* Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to various shifts
Requirements:
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
