About the Opportunity
This role is part of a nationally recognized youth mental health program that provides early intervention mental health support to young people aged 12–25. The team works collaboratively to provide clinical oversight, mental health assessments, collaborative care planning, and medication support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide psychiatric and general medical assessment for young people aged 12–25
* Support treatment planning, medication management, and risk mitigation
* Collaborate closely with psychologists, care coordinators, and social workers
* Contribute to clinical reviews, case conferences, and quality improvement
* Maintain clinical documentation and support service evaluation activities
