Job Description
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, targeting complex high-needs NDIS participants across Southeast Queensland.
Leverage established professional networks to significantly enhance participant acquisition and revenue growth.
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with hospitals, government agencies, and other healthcare providers.
Develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives tailored to expanding our client's NDIS service reach.
Keep abreast of NDIS policy changes to proactively identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor and regularly report sales performance, applying data-driven insights to continuously refine business strategies.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in business development, ideally within the NDIS disability services sector.
Extensive professional networks within hospitals, mental health clinics, and external support coordination agencies.
In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework and an understanding of participant needs and market dynamics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in consultative selling and stakeholder management.
Proactive and results-oriented with a capacity to work independently to achieve targets.
Positive, engaging personality with a genuine passion for disability support.
Relevant tertiary qualification (business, healthcare, marketing) preferred.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
