**About the Role**
To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required.
**Main Duties**
- Corporate Reception
- Greeting visitors and dealing with customer enquiries
- Sorting internal / external mail and couriers
- Distribution of newspapers
- Assist with filing and maintenance document files
- Data Entry / Ad hoc administration
**Key Requirements**
- Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
- Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
- Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
- Must have keen eye for details #LI-MM1
