At Lives Lived Well, we're committed to supporting people through alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges, helping them move forward with confidence and purpose. Across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, our community and residential programs reach thousands of individuals each year.
Our Bundaberg facility is a 28-bed residential rehabilitation centre offering both withdrawal support (detox) and longer-term rehabilitation. It's a safe, welcoming space where people can begin their journey toward lasting change.
We're currently seeking a full-time Treatment Facilitator to join our passionate team. In this role, you'll provide case management, AOD counselling, and facilitate group programs that empower clients in their recovery. The salary for this position ranges from $100,785 to $105,346 plus superannuation, with access to salary packaging to boost your take-home pay and a wide range of discounts through our discount provider Perkbox.
We're looking for someone who brings warmth, resilience, and professionalism to their work, along with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Ideally, you'll have experience in the AOD sector, whether in community or residential rehabilitation.
You will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
* Strong understanding of clinical practices and frameworks
* High-level record keeping and report writing skills
* Experience in risk supervision and managing complex or dual diagnosis behaviours
* Creative thinking and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes
* Calm, mature, and resilient demeanour, especially in high-stress situations
* Emotional maturity and self-awareness, with a willingness to seek support when needed
* Commitment to self-care and wellbeing to maintain your best self in a challenging role
