In return, we look for our people to be dynamic, pragmatic, team players, people of integrity, and high achievers.A day in the life of...You will be responsible for :Support & Coach Line Managers and employees with HR / IR processes and issuesEnsure compliance to the sites EBAs and liaise with union delegatesLabour Management including coordination and maintenance of the toolManaging recruitment, selection and onboarding of blue-collar Production OperatorsOrganisational structure management through our HR system (Success Factors, SAP, Kronos).People analytics data management and reportingSupport business restructuresDelivery of some HR related trainingGeneral HR administration supportSupporting the continuation of our digital transformation in the HR spaceSupport the implementation of other site initiatives.What will make you successfulTo be successful in the role, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years operational HR experienceUnderstanding of HR areas such as employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, talent development, recruitment, restructuring and training & developmentBe driven to work to deliver on standards, drive business improvement and enhance the overall employee experience.Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR ManagementExceptional interpersonal skills that will help you develop strong relationships and collaborate with line managers and staff across the board.Experience working in a unionised manufacturing environment operating multiple shiftsHigh proficiency in systems – excel & other Microsoft systems, HR systemsHave worked with unions and are familiar with IR legislation frameworkAbility to work with ambiguity and changeApplicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this roleApplicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
