We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This role is integral to delivering place‑led marketing that drives activation, community connection and retail engagement across this dynamic mixed‑use precinct.
Your role
Reporting into the Senior Activations and Community Manager, you'll lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that bring the precinct to life. You'll work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging, always‑on marketing that builds visitation, advocacy and brand affinity.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering the precinct marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
Leading integrated campaigns to support activations, events and community engagement
Managing digital channels, EDMs and always‑on marketing activity
Supporting retail engagement through coordinated campaigns and promotions
Partnering with internal communications teams on PR and earned media opportunities
Managing agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets
Tracking and reporting on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
What you'll bring
5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within property, place‑based, retail or mixed‑use environments
Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and activation programs
Strong digital marketing capability, including EDMs and campaign channels
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work in fast‑paced environments
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field
