Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be in charge of taking the lead on Digital Marketing initiatives for the national business. Your position is pivotal in making a significant impact on the brand's digital presence to drive lead generation, lead nurturing and the overall customer journey flow. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark and help strategically drive digital marketing initiatives, and mentor/teach the 2 Marketing Coordinators in the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts, measure performance, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for incorporating new digital marketing techniques.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximise campaign effectiveness and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the homebuilding, real estate, or construction industry (open to different industry background)
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovation.
