Water & Sewer Network Operator

We're looking for a safety-focused team player with an interest in plumbing, repair and maintenance
What does an Operator do?
* Emergency repairs on water and wastewater pipes and assets.
* Scheduled maintenance on water and wastewater pipes and assets.
* Monitoring and maintenance of sewer pump stations.
* Water meter inspections, readings, and repairs.
* Inspection of assets.
* Completion of electronic work orders and data entry.
* Ordering and collecting parts and materials.
* Basic site and ground maintenance.
Position Information
* Based in Wodonga.
* Full-time, ongoing including a monthly RDO and flexible work options (such as a 9-day fortnight).
* General hours of work are between 7:00am and 4:30pm (Monday to Friday).
* On-call once deemed competent - Seven-day on-call roster every 4-7 weeks.
Salary Information
* $59,237 to $63,192 (no qualification) plus 12% superannuation (with the opportunity to gain a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations and progress to the below).
* $65,028 to $75,160 (qualified plumber or Certificate in Water Industry Operations or similar) plus 12% superannuation.
* Plus, additional remuneration through overtime, allowances and on-call
