YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER
Being the RIGHT HAND to+ being mentored by an outstanding Special Counsel (specialist personal injury lawyer with 20+ years' experience), you will relish the challenge+ rewards of obtaining justice+ making a positive impact on plaintiff clients who have suffered injuries relating mainly to CTP (motor vehicle accidents)+ some public liability claims.
Specifically, you will be engaging with clients, preparing correspondence/forms/court documents, liaising with solicitors/insurers/doctors, arranging medical appointments, diary management, preparing briefs to counsel, file management and general administration+ assist with business enhancement/marketing projects.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are a paralegal/legal secretary/legal assistant with minimum 12 months (or more-seniors/mature candidates welcome) experience in personal injury including CTP/motor vehicle accidents (essential)+ public liability (preferable not essential);
* have solid knowledge/practical experience in the 'life-cycle' of a NSW CTP claim from start to finish;
* have strong Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) skills;
* are proactive, dead-line driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude;
* are hungry to advance your personal injury legal career long-term with a highly devoted and caring employer who values their staff.
