About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic industry, delivering high-level service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data from various sources.
* Reporting: Creating and presenting reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
* Collaboration: Working closely with the HR team, Managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs.
* HR Advice: Providing expert advice to stakeholders in collaboration with the HR Business Partners.
* Accuracy: Ensuring accuracy and consistency of HR data.
* Legislation: Maintaining an understanding of relevant HR legislation and policies.
* Operations: Supporting day-to-day HR operations outside of GHRO, including payroll, contracts, orientation, onboarding, and offboarding.
* HR Life Cycle: Assisting in processing HR life cycle programs such as outside work requests, merit planning, performance, promotions, and out-of-cycle requests.
* Projects: Supporting HR projects as required.
* Benefits: Managing benefits processes and tracking members.
* Payroll: Assisting with monthly payroll processing and completing the payroll tracker with employee changes.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
* Human Resources Certification: Possession of a CertIV in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Technical Competencies: Advanced use of Excel and Google Suite applications.
