What will you do in an average week?
* Build on strong relationships with key distributors for the “General Range” consumables, maintaining their brand presence
* Use a high-touch, face-to-face, strategic account management approach to ensure they see the organization as their trusted supplier
* Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing existing relationships
* Support marketing initiatives, including new product launches and targeted campaigns to enhance brand presence
* Represent the business at trade shows and industry events, maximizing revenue opportunities across all accounts
Here’s what it will take
* Proven success in a comparable account management or business development role within the industrial & trade space
* Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with products related to workshops, refuelling equipment, or consumables
* Ability to travel interstate, roughly once every 6 weeks overnight
* Ability to hit the ground running with a passion for sales and relationship management
* Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to adding value to accounts
* Highly motivated, engaging, and professional with high standards
* Effective strategic planning, organization, and time management skills
* Authentic, charismatic, well-organized, credible negotiator, always aiming for the best outcomes
* Passionate about the role and industry
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence and drive profitable, sustainable outcomes
