About the Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic environment as a Foreman/Supervisor, leading multiple projects across Northern Queensland.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Work on various road, pavement, profiling & stabilisation projects
* Collaborate closely with the engineering team
* Ensure daily activities are delegated efficiently at pre-start meetings
* Monitor and report on project progress, making necessary adjustments
* Supervise the team to ensure final products meet specifications in terms of design, quality, safety and standards
* Plan and schedule work, allocating resources to meet project objectives
* Coordinate and participate in safety inspections and meetings
