As a Conference Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for conference attendees, speakers, and organizers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.Greet and assist conference attendees, providing a warm welcome and addressing their needs and inquiriesCoordinate with event organizers to ensure smooth execution of conference schedules and activitiesManage registration processes, including check-in, badge distribution, and information packet disseminationAssist with room setup, audiovisual equipment, and other logistical aspects of the conferenceProvide information about local attractions, transportation, and dining options to attendeesAnticipate and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the conferenceCollaborate with venue staff, caterers, and other service providers to maintain high standards of serviceMaintain accurate records of attendee information, special requests, and conference activitiesAssist with post-event tasks, including collecting feedback and preparing summary reportsEnsure compliance with local customs and etiquette in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaQualifications2+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer serviceBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field (preferred)Certification in Event Planning or Hospitality Management (preferred)Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirableStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detailCultural sensitivity and awareness, with experience working in multicultural environmentsKnowledge of conference and event management practicesFamiliarity with local customs and etiquette in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredProfessional appearance and demeanorPositive attitude and ability to work well under pressureAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
